Andererseits handeln verantwortungsbewusste Anleger verantwortungsvoll, da sie auf Ver\u00e4nderungen im regulatorischen Umfeld reagieren m\u00f6chten, beispielsweise im Zusammenhang mit der EU-Verordnung \u00fcber nachhaltigkeitsbezogene Offenlegungspflichten im Finanzdienstleistungssektor (SFDR) oder der bevorstehenden SEC-Regulierung.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00fcne Anleihen werden in breiteren Sektoren emittiert, losgel\u00f6st vom traditionellen Fokus auf stabile Sektoren wie Versorgungsunternehmen. Anleger sehen sich mit der zunehmenden Breite und Tiefe des Marktes f\u00fcr gr\u00fcne Anleihen konfrontiert. Angesichts des Klimawandels und einer sich ver\u00e4ndernden Welt m\u00fcssen Anleger die Strukturen gr\u00fcner Anleihen genauer differenzieren und die Merkmale und die Wesentlichkeit von ESG-Faktoren bei jeder Emission sorgf\u00e4ltig bewerten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir m\u00f6chten Ihnen eine Reihe von Daten und Kennzahlen zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen, die Ihnen schnell wertvolle Informationen zu den Auswirkungen und Risiken verschiedener Anlageklassen liefern. Wir untersuchten, wie St\u00e4dte (Gemeinden, Gemeinden oder Regionen) auf den Klimawandel reagieren, wie gut sie ihr Wassermanagement gestalten, wie wirksam ihre Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien zum Schutz vor Unf\u00e4llen sind, wie sie ihren \u00f6ffentlichen Wohnungsbau verwalten, wie sie geschlechtsspezifische Lohnunterschiede ber\u00fccksichtigen und wie sie soziale Gerechtigkeit im Zusammenhang mit Energieausgaben sehen. All diese Faktoren haben wesentliche Auswirkungen auf die Stadtaussichten, das Anleiherating sowie das langfristige Rendite- und Risikoprofil der Anleihe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blue Bond-Fallstudie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Fallstudie zeigen wir die Investition in Meeresressourcen mithilfe von Blue Bonds, einer Art Verwandter der Green Bonds. Das UNDP sch\u00e4tzt, dass die Blue Economy j\u00e4hrlich rund 15 Billionen US-Dollar generiert. Dennoch f\u00f6rdert der Ozean eine nachhaltige Entwicklung und mindert die Auswirkungen des Klimawandels. Naturschutzorganisationen arbeiten mit L\u00e4ndern zusammen, um den globalen Naturschutz zu finanzieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir haben Gebiete in S\u00fcdostasien und Indonesien untersucht, um eine umfassende Datenbank zum Human- und Naturkapital aufzubauen.
